CBD (or Cannabidiol) is a natural plant substance found in hemp (or Cannabis Sativa L) and belongs to the Cannabinoid molecule family. Grown on all continents for millennia, hemp is one of the oldest wild and cultivated plants on the planet. Of the 100 Cannabinoids present in hemp, THC and CBD are the two most known and active molecules on our body. Unlike THC, CBD is not at all psychoactive (or psychotropic), i.e. the consumption of CBD does not produce any intoxicating or hovering effects, CBD is therefore not considered as a narcotic or toxic substance.

CBD is an active molecule with many interesting properties for our metabolism, and is commonly used in different industries, such as cosmetics, food and medicine. Now, all over the world, scientists and doctors are very interested in the many properties of CBD in order to better understand the therapeutic potential of the molecule. WHO (World Health Organization) has already assigned him a long list of potential properties: Analgesic, Anti-inflammatory, Antioxidant, Antipsychotic, Antidepressant, decreased anxiety, Unloading, Nerve protection. In France and Europe, we can now find CBD in a multitude of formats: Capsules, Capsules, Flowers, E-liquids (or Vap), Oils, Oil spray, Pure crystals, Cosmetics (creams, balms, gels, ...), but also drinks (fresh or infusions) or sweets (often called Gummies). There are also CBD oils and candies specially designed for pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, horses) to help them fight anxiety, stress, improve peeling or reduce muscle pain.

The human body has an endocannabinoid system that regulates some of our essential biological functions such as sleep, appetite, anxiety, mood or physical pain. Cannabidiol has the particularity of stimulating our CB1 and CB2 receptors connected to the nervous system. The consumption of CBD would allow our body to better regulate these primary biological functions.

According to various recent scientific studies (such as the 2018 WHO study), Cannabidiol or CBD would have many promising properties for medical research (reduction of pain, reduction of anxiety, reduction of risk of cancer, improvement of mood, support of the immune system, balance of metabolism, reduction of sleep disorders, reduction of depression, prevention of arthritis or treatment of certain skin diseases). These results deserve to be confirmed, and many researchers and laboratories continue to explore this molecule that is still unknown in France in order to better know it and exploit its properties. Studies also suggest some side effects following the use of CBD, although marginal and mild but real on some subjects, such as blood hypotension, fatigue, dry mouth and slow motor functions.

Based on numerous laboratory studies, CBD would therefore have beneficial health properties. However, current French legislation prohibits the allocation of therapeutic properties to the CBD molecule which is not considered a drug. We advise you to talk to your usual doctor before you regularly consume products containing CBD.

Broad Spectrum

The CBD oils called Spectrum Large (or Broad Spectrum) are composed solely of crude CBD oil extract and contain in large numbers the cannabinoids CBD, CBDa, CBG, CBN, CBC. Spectre can also be expanded through the oil decarboxylation process, which is possible after the extraction of crude oil. Decarboxylation consists of heating at low temperature, crude CBD oil extract, to make it more "bioavailable". Reheating the active components present in oil (cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids) makes them more easily absorbable by the body, heat will also make it possible to transform certain molecules that remain inactive into additional active components. CBD Broad Spectrum Oils contain 0% THC.

Full Spectrum

The CBD oils called Spectrum Complete (or Full Spectrum) consist of all the molecules naturally present in hemp. Thus, all cannabinoid molecules, CBD but also CBDa, CBV, CBG, CBN, CBC as well as terpenes and flavonoids are present in Full Spectrum oils. The CBD Full Spectrum Oils available in France and the European Union must contain, to be in compliance, an insignificant percentage of THC less than 0.2%.

When finalizing your order on our website, we will offer you, depending on the nature of the products in your shopping cart and your delivery address, the choice of different delivery methods. Home delivery for signature is available for all products, Relay Point delivery is available for the vast majority of products offered on the site.

Shipping costs in France (including Corsica and Dom-Tom):

  • Home: 4.90 € ttc for orders below 39 € Ttc.

Store your products in a dry place, at room temperature, away from direct light (in a drawer, closet or bag for example), and in their original closed packaging.

The raw products (flowers, resins, rock) must follow the same advice, and always be kept in their hermetically sealed original bag or any other container adapted to the volume of the product made of glass or metal ideally tightly sealed to prevent the product from drying quickly in contact with the air.

We deliver orders through our carrier partners Colissimo and DHL throughout Metropolitan France, Corsica and Dom Tom, and throughout the European Union (except Slovakia), Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK). The usual delivery times are 2 to 4 days in Europe and 5 to 8 days in the Dom Tom.
All products available for sale on My Weedz are available in stock. Validated orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours following their validation (on receipt of payment) and delivered within 1 to 3 working days following shipment, by La Poste, Colissimo or another partner carrier depending on the weight of the parcel and your delivery address
There was no indication of CBD on the packages. The products shipped are protected in recyclable packaging, adapted to their size, resistant and discreet, without any indication of their contents.

Return procedure

You have a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the product concerned, to make a return request (exchange or refund).

To make a return request (exchange or refund), please email us at contact@my-wwedz.com indicating your name, your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the nature of your request for each product (exchange or refund).

You will then receive an email confirming the acceptance or refusal of your request within a maximum of 72 hours. If your request is accepted, a link allowing you to print your return transport tag will be present in the email. The return transport costs are borne by the customers, except in the case of an order delivered non-compliant.

Conditions for acceptance of Returns

To be accepted, a return application must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request must be complete (specifying the customer name, the order number, the product(s) to be returned, and the nature of your request for each returned product (exchange or refund).
  • The return request must be sent by email to contact@my-weedz.com within a maximum of 14 days of delivery of the product(s).
  • The returned products must be complete, packed in their original intact packaging and must not have been used or opened. A return request for a product that has been used or opened cannot under any circumstances be accepted.
